Mango Peach Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

2 medium (2-2/3″ dia) Peaches, raw
2 fruit without refuse Mangos, raw
1 cup Milk, lowfat, fluid, 1% milkfat, with added vitamin A and vitamin D
1 cup Orange Juice

Instructions

  1. Place the peaches, mangoes, milk, orange juice and ice into a blender.
  2. Puree until smooth.
